生物基乙二醇

生物基乙二醇是以可再生生物质(如玉米、秸秆)为原料生产的二元醇,常温下为无色粘稠液体,分子量62.069,熔点-11.5℃。2005年由长春大成集团首次通过发酵法建成生物基乙二醇中试生产线,2007年发展为年产20万吨的工业化示范装置,工艺采用加氢催化裂解技术,生产过程中无废气废水排放。该物质主要用于制造聚酯纤维、抗冻剂、聚酯树脂等工业产品,其纤维性能接近石油基PTT纤维。

碳纤维增强树脂

碳纤维增强聚合物基复合材料是以碳纤维或其制品为增强体,与聚合物基体复合而成的材料,具有高强度、耐腐蚀、轻量化等特性。该材料在汽车制造领域可实现45%-50%的减重效果,应用于车身结构及动力电池保护组件。在航空航天领域,其替代传统金属材料实现飞行器减重,空客A380等机型采用该材料构建机身结构。截至2024年,热塑性复合材料与结构功能一体化材料成为技术发展方向

聚乳酸
